The article presents the results of a study conducted nutrition and comparative characteristic of receipt of macro – and micronutrients with diets of children aged 3–7 years in the organized and unorganized collectives Stavropol considering cooking technology. Nutritional assessment of children was based on the study of 10-day – menu layouts. In addition, the surveys of parents whose children do not attend kindergarten. It was found that children whose nutrition is carried out in kindergarten with the outdated technology of cooking using obsolete equipment, and children whose nutrition provided in the home, do not meet the recommended nutritional standards. The correlation analysis between the mass – with growth rates of preschool children and dietary energy supply a direct link.
